We sincerely hope you and your families are well and healthy during these times.

Please see our COVID-Safe Plan and COVID Conditions of Charter below:

CONDITIONS OF CHARTER | COVID-19 CLAUSE | LADY PAMELA

CONDITIONS OF CHARTER

A maximum of 34 passengers are permitted onboard to meet Covid-19 one person every two-square meter social distancing requirement. Guest areas must not exceed maximum capacity at any time during the charter.

The weather is determined by the Captain at his discretion. In the case of bad weather; maximum capacity must not exceed 16 passengers. Should predicted bad weather affect the charter and social distancing cannot be adhered to; you will be offered to reschedule charter to a suitable and available date.

Guests must comply with all government guidelines regarding social distancing prior, during, post charter and follow all instructions given by Covid-19 Safety Marshall.

BOARDING THE VESSEL
All passengers are required to complete a Covid-19 Tracing Form prior to boarding. Failure to do so will result in denied entry onboard the vessel. Passengers are required to display check-in confirmation to Covid-19 Safety Marshall prior to boarding the vessel.

All passengers will be temperature checked prior to boarding the vessel. Failure to comply will result in denied entry onboard the vessel.

All passengers must arrive at pick-up wharf at least 15 minutes prior to yacht’s arrival. Failure to do so may result in delayed commencement time.

COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • It is the full responsibility of the client to ensure all guests meet the current health guidelines and restrictions.

  • All guests must sign into QR Code contact tracing and adhere to the onboard Covid-Safe Plan.

COVID-19 FLEXIBILITY: If COVID-19 restrictions imposed by Government prevent your charter from going ahead as planned, the following policies apply.

  • Day Charters - more than 72 hours prior - all payments will be offered full credit to use within 12 months.

  • Day Charters - less than 72 hours prior - all payments will be offered full credit less $400 admin fee.

  • Overnight Charters - more than 7 days prior - all payments will be offered full credit to use within 12 months.

  • Overnight Charters - less than 7 days prior - all payments will be offered full credit less $400 admin fee.

In both above scenarios, you may elect to instead receive a credit which is to be used within 12 months of the original charter date based on availability and seasonal pricing. If you would prefer to go ahead with your charter on the original date, Lady Pamela will work with you to change the event to comply with restrictions existing at the time of charter.

This policy comes into place with the following conditions: -

  • The vessel's passenger limit has changed due to COVID-19 restrictions, and is lower than the original passenger numbers booked for that charter. For example: If you book the yacht for 20 passengers, and restrictions enforce that the yacht will now only take up to 10 passengers.

  • The charter is unable to operate as a service due to COVID-19 restrictions or a full lockdown.

  • If border closures and / or lockdown restrictions have been enforced that prevent the charter from proceeding or guest travelling to the vessel.

  • Due to the unprecedent nature of Covid-19 - affected charters are considered on a case by case basis and we guarantee as the operator to be flexible and compassionate to come to a reasonable and fair outcome.

  • Rates, availability and area of charter are subject to change as per charter demand and location of vessel.

I acknowledge and agree that I have read this form, understand the risks associated with hiring and occupying the vessel, and that this form is legally binding. I agree to procure that each passenger complies with the obligations and gives the waivers and indemnities and acknowledges the special provisions, set out in this form.
